HAIR FASCINATORS
A fascinator is a headpiece, often worn as an alternative to a hat. They are a very popular accessory at horse racing events, but are also becoming very common for all sorts of formal events, and often used as an alternative to the bridal veil.
Most commonly they are worn on the right side of the head, but they can be worn on either side, on top of the head, or at the back. They come attached to combs, barrettes, or hair clips.

t-271 BLACK BEADED BARRETTE
The beaded centre of this fascinator is made in the French beaded method with black seed beads for the outer layer and rainbow black hex beads for the inner layer. A long length of black feathers adorns one side of the piece and is adorned with some beaded wire. This piece measures approximately 17cm across.

t-270 GREEN AND WHITE BEADED BARRETTE
This fascinator incorporates a green beaded flower in the centre. It has a pale outer green layer and then a darker green inner layer and measures approximately 3 cm across. It has some fluffy white feathers right through the upper section behind it, and a couple of green feathers to one side. The whole piece measures approximately 18cm across and is attached to a barrette.

This fascinator is made with a beaded flower centre. The flower is a black-eyed Susan and is created with yellow and black glass seed beads using the French beading method. The flower measures approximately 8cm across. I've then added three long yellow feathers towards one side of the piece and have attached it to a hair barrette. The whole piece measures approximately 24cm across

t-268 GOLDEN BROWN FOLDED FLOWER
This fascinator incorporates folded ribbon flower in the centre with an ivory faux pearl in the middle. I've added a section of tulle to surround the piece, and then wrapped a long strand of beaded wire just in front of the tulle. The flower is a golden brown organza, the tulle is white, and the beads are white glass with some ivory faux pearls added. The piece measures approximately 9cm across, and 2 cm high

This baby pink flower is made with organza that has been fire singed, sewn together, and has an ivory faux pearl in the centre. The flower has a series of mauve feathers behind it and towards one side. The whole fascinator measures approximately 18 x 11 cm and is about 3cm high

This fascinator has three baby blue rolled ribbons as the centre feature, with a tuft of turquoise feathers towards one side. The whole piece has been attached to a barrette and measures approximately 13 x 7 cm, and is about 2.5cm high.

This maroon flower is made with rolled ribbon, and is then attached to a piece of pink tulle created into a bow shape. This has been attached to a hair barrette, and the whole thing measures approximately 12cm across and is 4cm high

This baby blue fascinator is made with a handcrafted organza fire-singed flower that is completely surrounded by gathered baby blue tulle. The centre flower measures approximately 7cm, while the whole piece is approximately 15cm across and 5cm high. The whole thing has been attached to a hair barrette.
